The Culture of Passivhaus - Neil Armstrong, Preconstruction Manager, Kier Construction, Emma Osmundsen, Director, Exeter City Living & Patrick Brown, City of Edinburgh Council

Working collaboratively with Exeter City Living, Kier Construction has just built the UK’s first multi-zonal Passivhaus certified wet and dry leisure centre in Exeter. Taking this learning, we are now delivering City of Edinburgh Council’s new Currie High School, which includes a Passivhaus-designed community leisure centre, Tain Campus for The Highland Council and Woodburn Primary School for Midlothian Council. This presentation will help burst the myths around Passivhaus.
