The Edinburgh Futures Institute presentation highlights the adaptive reuse of a historic building, addressing carbon impact and technical challenges over a nine-year restoration. In parallel, HLM’s work with several UK universities showcases a data-driven approach to estate masterplanning, maximising existing space and enhancing student experience.
Together, they demonstrate how thoughtful design and digital tools can shape more sustainable, future-ready campuses.
