We provide Doctor-developed digital health and wellbeing education courses for primary and secondary schools.
Delivering on a range of topics to support pupil and staff mental and physical wellbeing as well as meeting CfE H&W curriculum requirements.
Courses are self-directed by pupils to ease staff and teacher burden and allow for remote learning in addition to use within classrooms.
