Despite the challenges of limited outdoor space and the overshadowing presence of the main building, the design seized the opportunity to create a lasting Passivhaus-certified extension pavilion. Using prefabricated CLT structures to create an exceptional new learning environment that showcases innovation and sustainability.

Our second presentation will focus on a grander scale with a significant extension project for a High School for North Lanarkshire Council. This segment will highlight an approach to carbon budgeting, where specific targets are set for various building components.
