Wellbeing First - Future Focused - Inspiring Positive Pathways

Focusing on “building pathways,” we will demonstrate how, in partnership with various organisations set out below, we offer young people tailored support and flexible learning to help reduce anxiety about their future while building confidence, motivation, and resilience. Saint PHNX, a Scottish charity, will describe how their Happy Place Workshops uses music and creativity to boost wellbeing. North Lanarkshire Council will highlight how our 11-year partnership has helped break down the barriers young people face when choosing their next path, and Morrison Construction graduates and apprentices will share how our development programme supports both their personal growth and technical success.
