Alan has 19 years’ experience across contracting, consultancy and public sector roles both in the UK and Australia. Alan is currently a Project Manager with Renfrewshire Council, leading on the delivery of major capital projects that enhance the region’s learning estate and community infrastructure. Career highlights include involvement in flagship developments such as the new Paisley Grammar School Community Campus, where he has overseen the development on behalf of the Authority. Alan has also been recognised for his contribution to the transformation of Paisley Central Library, reflecting the council’s broader regeneration strategy.
