Andy Hall is a programme manager with more than 30 years’ experience across defence, consultancy, manufacturing and public‑sector estate development. After 23 years as a Royal Air Force aircrew officer, leading both operational flying and technical programmes, he moved into management consultancy supporting organisations across defence, nuclear, oil and gas, and aviation sectors.

He went on to manage major site investment projects for a global medical device manufacturer based in Glasgow for 4 years before returning home to Moray in 2021, where he now manages a diverse infrastructure programme as Service Manager, Education Estate for Moray Council.

Andy is a Member of the Association for Project Management, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and holds postgraduate qualifications from Cranfield University and Manchester Business School.

Now happily rooted in Moray, Andy enjoys walking his dog Callie along the coast, getting out on his bike and spending time in the garden.
