Carolyn McFarlane is the Thrive Outdoors, Outdoor and Nature Based Learning Lead. She previously worked as a teacher in primary and early years settings before taking on an authority wide role in supporting outdoor learning in early years to secondary levels.  Carolyn worked as consultant to Architecture and Design Scotland on the resource 'Outdoor Learning; The Extended Classroom'.
