Dave Smith is the Manager for Capital Projects within Angus Council, with over 20 years’ experience in private and public sector as an Architect and Project Manager.  During this time, he has managed the delivery of a variety of public sector education and leisure buildings.

Dave takes a holistic approach to project delivery, balancing the needs and priorities of all aspects to ensure successful outcomes. He has recently been involved with the delivery of Monifieth Learning Campus, the first Angus Council building designed and constructed to achieve Passivhaus standard.
