David Hugh Russell

David joined the in-house design team within Glasgow City Council in 2014 and qualified as an architect in 2016. he has been involved in a range of major works for GCC including delivery of Sighthill Community Campus and most recently Glasgow's latest primary school, North Kelvinside Campus. David has been lead designer for the development of the Inspiring Learning Space projects, involved in each stage for brief development, stakeholder engagement, design, cost control and completion.
