Laura Fraser is the Skills Transition Centre Project Manager at Forth Valley College, where she leads delivery of the flagship £4 million Skills Transition Centre within the £100 million Falkirk and Grangemouth Growth Deal. With more than 14 years’ experience at the College, Laura has held a range of operational, corporate services and senior project management roles. She helped develop and deliver the project’s Outline and Full Business Cases, securing approval for the first Full Business Case within the Growth Deal. Her work focuses on creating future skills pathways—from school progression to workforce upskilling and reskilling—that support the transition to net zero and strengthen partnerships across STEM and construction. A PRINCE2 Practitioner and experienced programme manager, Laura specialises in complex project delivery, change management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and organisational transformation.
