Lorna Denholm is a Director and Chartered Architect with over 25 years of experience transforming educational spaces into catalysts for learning and innovation. Her portfolio spans Early Years to Higher Education, where she brings a visionary yet pragmatic approach to designing environments that respond to the evolving needs of learners and educators.
Lorna is passionate about creating inclusive future-ready spaces that foster creativity, wellbeing, and sustainability. Her work is rooted in a holistic design philosophy - balancing form, function, and environmental responsibility to deliver meaningful impact.
She recently led the delivery of two projects - Monifieth Learning Campus and Perth High Schools - completed in Summer 2025. Both schools exemplify low-carbon and Passivhaus design principles, setting new benchmarks for sustainable architecture in education. She looks forward to sharing insights and lessons learned from these transformative projects, and how these may inform the next generation of education projects.
