Michael is Field CTO for Education at XMA, with 30 years' experience spanning classroom teaching, school leadership, local authority quality improvement, and national education policy at Education Scotland. He's been our strategic education lead, helping steer some of the UK's largest 1:1 technology programmes, including Glasgow's 65k iPad rollout and Fife's 34k iPad learner deployment, and works with senior leaders across Local Authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts, and Universities, to shape technology strategy grounded in what actually improves outcomes for students.
