Robert Hopkins

Robert is a Director at AHR and along with being the practice lead for Sustainability, is a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor in Biophilic Design and Sustainability. Robert is particularly passionate about health and wellbeing in design and the optimisation of buildings and spaces to enhance the wellness of its occupants. Robert has recently led on the design of the new £35m northern home for the Royal College of Physicians, The Spine, which incorporates biophilic design features and is designed to WELL Platinum to create an inspirational workspace, with wellness in mind and body at the heart of the project.
