As Design Director, Ross leads and mentors the team to develop and articulate creative sustainable design solutions across a variety of projects and sectors. Having worked across a number of major projects and sectors for over 15 years, Ross is an accomplished design team leader and project manager and his enthusiasm and commitment to creating outstanding sustainable buildings is met by his pragmatic, intuitive approach to the production and delivery of each project he has been involved with.
