Simon Kerr has been a driving force in reducing carbon in the built environment. He joined SAV Systems in 2006, aligning with their mission to achieve energy-efficient indoor living. Simon played a pivotal role in pioneering 70/40 Heat Networks, revolutionising residential heating with gas-fired CHP and heat networks. His expertise extends to school design, focusing on energy conservation using Passivhaus Component Certified MVHR, AirMaster. Now, in response to the Climate Emergency, Simon leads the development of Heat Highways in Scotland, tapping into industry's wasted heat to propel the nation towards its ambitious Net Zero goals.
