Susan is a Product Manager (PM) working at Education Scotland, the Scottish Government Agency charged with supporting quality and improvement in Scottish education. Susan is aligned to the Glow Team which is Scotland’s national digital learning platform provided by Scottish Government and managed by Education Scotland. It provides learners and educators across Scotland an environment that can support learning across the whole curriculum through our core services, Microsoft M365, Google Workspace for Education and WordPress blogs. As a PM, Susan has to work closely with end users to make sure their needs are captured, make data driven decisions, prioritise product features and initiatives, maintain product roadmaps, define and communicate product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
