Vincent works across both the Education and Place Directorates at The City of Edinburgh Council. He has worked in education his entire career in a variety of roles, from AV Technician to Depute Head Teacher.  Within a varied remit as QIEO, he is the Education Senior User in the Community Hub new build projects at Currie Community High and Liberton High Schools and is also supporting a review of Secondary School capacities across Edinburgh.
